I love turtles and terrapins because they are very elegant and definately worth the money because they can live a long time. Terrapins are like water ninjas that are also amazing at the same time, they are also very beautiful with there amazing shells and ability to swim mega fast. Now on to turtles,turtles may well be slow but boy are they wonderful. Turtles can live forever and thats why there so value for money.I love both these animals because of there amazing appearance and they are so easy to look after.

We found our Slider in a stream. Since then we have learned a lot about turtles and been fascinated by each new behaviour. Balancing upright on one hind leg with just the tip of her nose above the water to breathe, looking as if she is doing ballet. Basking with both back legs up in the air and one front leg, quite still, drying off. Biting through carrot tops. Paddling furiously when she thinks crickets are on the menu.

I love turtles and terrapins as I can watch my musk turtle Smarties playing for hours whilst doing my homework. When ever he smiles it just makes my day! Amazing! =)

I think turtles and terrapins are AMAZING...why? Well... Point 1.They are so inquisitive. Point 2.They are not scared of anything. Point 3.They will eat anything...Including Aquatic fingers :P Point 4.They are very determined...If they want something they will get it. Point 5.They can stay under water for ages. Suppose i should stop now as i can fill this full page...:D

I can honestly say I wasn't into Terrapins or turtle's until 2days ago when I took on 5 rescue Terrapins, there were 6 but ome sadly died from the awful conditions they were kept in. BUt after personally rescuing these I am truely amazed by them. THey are wonderful. ANd I hope I get to rescue more in the future. BEautiful

I love turtles and terrapins because their so cute, interesting and just fascinating. I could watch them all day and i just think they are brilliant, I think the different species are so fun to find and look at! :D

i love turtles because they are extrodernairy animals which might evolve 1 day to teenage mutant ninja turtles. they are very beautiful swimmers and just fascinating to watch could sit and watch them for days on end.

I love turtles and terrapins because they are so much more fun to watch in the water than fish. They know exactly what is going on around them, and my babies are exactly like the ones of Finding Nemo!

I love Turtles and terrapins because they're friggin awesome - and they're really good at teaching young people about reptiles and general animal care because of their setup and friendly characteristics! and its not justs dogs that are a mans best friend!

I love my turtle because he is bubbly and energetic. I can watch him for hours and it's so relaxing to see such a wonderful, beautiful animal who ironically is very graceful and so peaceful ( except when provided with food!! ). They've been around for thousands of years and love their prehistoric feel. They're truly such interesting creatures!

I love turtles and terrapins because they look so awkward in and out of water, only something that amazing could be like and but most of all i love my two yellow bellied terrapins because watching them hunt down crickets is so fascinating.Good luck to everyone entering.

I love turtles and terapins because i just love the way each and every single one of them has their own personality. I also just love the way terrapins sometimes just sit on their basking spot watching your every movement. They all have their own favorite snacks too!

I love turtles and terrapins because how can you not!!! They look so cool and all have there own unique personalty, therefore become one of the family.
